Cancellation Prior To Shipment
If you cancel your order(s) before it ships from our warehouse, you will not be charged any additional fees. We require a cancellation request to be submitted within 12 hours by Instagram DM, WhatsApp or email yanareka.brand@gmail.com
Once the cancellation request is received, a full refund will be initiated.
Return & Exchange Policy
The following are the policies to be eligible for return requests after shipment/ receipt of goods:
- All goods sold are non-refundable except (i) Failed Delivery (ii) Wrong Delivery and (iii) Damaged good during delivery.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from “Yanareka” Online Store can be eligible for a return.
- Any “Yanareka” Online Store product purchased through other retailers is not eligible for this policy and must be in accordance to the respective retailers’ returns and refunds policy.
- Items that are sold As-is, or on sale/ discount are not applicable for exchange, return or refund.
- We accept returned goods if the following are applied:
Defected Items, Incorrect order, Damaged items
If you receive an item with a defect items, wrong order, damaged items, no worries, we’ve got you covered—just follow these steps:
- Report the issue within 5 days of receiving your order. DM or WhatsApp our Customer Service (012-4408653) with your (order #invoice number, receipts, clear photos and a short description ).
- Once we confirm the defect / damaged /, we’ll gladly exchange it as long as the item is still available.
- If it’s out of stock, we’ll discuss other options, and if nothing works, we’ll proceed with a refund.
- Please make sure items are unused, unwashed, and with the original tag attached when returned.
- If item is found to be damaged upon receipt or tampered/refurbished or modified, refunds/ exchange will be rejected.
The item must be shipped back to us within 7 working days upon receipt. (as proven by the postal or courier receipt).
You have proof of purchase (order #invoice number, receipts, clear photos and a short description ).
Item must be in new condition and returned with free gifts received with it. All items must be unused, unwashed, and with the original tags attached when returned.
- Item must be returned in the original box (or with, at least, suitable packaging) to protect the Product from damage during return delivery
- Change of order due to your part and cancellation of order will not be permitted once payment has been confirmed.
- Any refunds due to a change of mind, pick of wrong color, or sizes will not be accepted. We’ve provided detailed measurement charts/ color description for each design, so please refer to them carefully before selecting items. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, exchanges or refunds that deemed unreasonable or doesn’t meet our policy conditions.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is to be covered by the customer.
Returns are applicable only for a complete “Yanareka” Online Store product.
Refund Policy
Your full refund will be issued once we have received and examined the returned goods at our return center. Once the returned goods fulfil our return policy, the full refund will be initiatedwithin 7-14 days. The method of refund will be processed depending on your original payment method:
Online Bank Transfer, full refunds will be credited into your bank account via online bank transfer, which should be posted within 3-5 working days.
- Credit card refunds services, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank.
Kindly contact your card-issuing bank with regards to the duration of the credit refunds.
